Sunshine and lollipops.
Jan. 30th, 2008 08:46 pmIf you've listened to me tell this story at least four times today, I apologize. But I can't help it.
I am having the BEST DAY EVER.
Seriously. And it's even a Wednesday, which is like... my earliest day.
So okay. I have a Statistics lab at 9:00AM, which I finished in 10 minutes because it was a review of something I totally understand. I also broke the curve for the homework. *is such a nerdly nerd* So I skipped off to sit in the room before Journalism and pine.
Why pine, you ask? Because I had realized that we had a paper due that day that I had completely forgotten about because occasionally, I'm really, really stupid. Okay, I'm always stupid. But yeah. We were supposed to put together a newspaper article from a few random pieces of information. So here I was, with not enough time to run back to my room and get my computer so I could look up the list of information, thinking I'd just get it from a friend who I went to high school with when she got to class.
But no! Today the sun was shining on Sara (even though it was 17 degrees all day *shiver*), and a random guy walked in and interrupted my intense doodling session. He had to work, and couldn't come to class. So he asked me if I would turn in his paper. So I rearranged from the list of things he had in his paper. It sounds bad, but... that's what we were supposed to do. So yeah. Anyways, my butt? Saved.
Then I had a delightful lunch with Sabrina wherein we had much pleasant conversation, hot browns, raspberry ice cream, and uncontrollable laughter.
Tonight I also went home for dinner, and got some stuffed peppers. Then I chased my brother and mom around the house like an idiot. Then we watched Demetri Martin be rather hilarious. Then I read the Tivo summary for the next episode of SPN as I checked to make sure it was taping. And there was GLEE. I know those things are sometimes spoilerific, but it wasn't that bad. And I didn't look at the one for the next episode after! I can't believe I'm like... 80% spoiler-free for that one. That's amazing for me. XD
Also, I found a theme song for Dionysus, because all ginormous shiny laptops named after Greek gods should have one. It's in the manual.
I'm so happy and... ready for tomorrow even. :) But Friday, pie!
