I've been getting all my internet crap taken care of during class this morning; I don't know what that says about me. The part where I consider some parts of the internet to be work or the part where I'm using my boring classes to do it. Anyways, at least this one is mildly entertaining. :) I think I may be the only person in the known universe who likes the teacher, but he's hilarious and awesome. Also, there are lolcats. Yeah. My Political Science class is influenced, however distantly, by 4chan. Don't think I don't understand the gravity/seriousness of what that says about the state of my education.
Speaking of things one generally doesn't expect their classes to be influenced by, why don't we move to the subject of Supernatural. Oh, you heard me. I was cramming on my reading for History class yesterday, as I always do during the 45 minute break between my lecture and discussion section, when I got to the last reading. The Malleus Maleficarum. I laughed out loud in a room full of people, and am now certainly seen as quite mad by my classmates.
The fact that Spring Break is next week is also helping my currently jovial mood. <3
Other activities I've done this morning include moderating/combating copyright claims on the Supernatural DeviantArt club, figuring out how to work my archaic version of Excel, and downloading a Ruby mood theme from
marishna. I'm not sure how long I'll keep it around, but I was getting a bit of a headache from my previous animated one. It sounded fun, but yeah. I don't know. I really liked the "Working" one for that with the FBI badges. Course, for Ruby working appears to be akin to demon-killing. That's something I can totally get behind. :)
Tonight is dinner with the family and a discussion with my brother about "Red vs. Blue" (which I've just started watching, currently 45 minutes into the third season; romg, hilarity) in front of our Grandparents. I'm thinking it'll be interesting, at the very least.
