Alright! 15 minute Journalism final for the epic win! :) There were only 3-4 questions I was even uncertain about, so... Here's hoping I can squeak an A out in that class. It really depends on what I get on my paper. Which he's not giving back to us. e.x;

But I'm done! And thus making a substantive post for the first time in a long time. :) Arts and music lie ahead! :D

There are certain songs that just define where I am right now so completely, that I have to say something about them. It'd be criminal not to.

Peace of Mind - Boston: This song? Right now? The most apt description of my college career possible. Let me tell you; I know all about indecision. Everytime I hear it, I feel a little better about the fact that I can't seem to pick a direction to take my life. If Boston knew all about indecision enough to write a song about it, then maybe I can be a rock star, too. :D

I'm Eighteen - Alice Cooper: I'm eighteen, and only until the end of this summer. Headbanging and singing this song let's me get the remainder of my teenage angst out. ;) I'm eighteen, and I like it.

Houses of the Holy - Led Zeppelin: Every summer needs a Led Zeppelin theme song. It is, of course, my firm belief that every day of the week should have a Led Zeppelin theme song, but I'm considered insane by many who know me. So we'll stick to the summer. :) This is my quint-essential summer Zeppelin song. Mostly because I go to the movies every other weekend it seems like. Why yes, my music choices are shallow today. :D I also love the opening riff. <3

Carbon Monoxide - Regina Spektor: I generally have bouts of insomnia right around June/July every year. I think it's because my life isn't as rigidly structured as it is when I'm in school, but really it's anyone's guess. I usually just read well into the hours of the night to pass the time. Anyways, I end up spending a lot of my summer in a sort of sleepy haze, and this song perfectly gets that feeling across. Plus I love Regina Spektor in a way that is neither subtle nor restrained.

She's Your Cocaine - Tori Amos: Gratuitous thing that I play and then pretend like I can dance but am really just thrashing randomly in various directions. It's not pretty. :)

So, remember when I said I'd draw Dean being mauled by hellhounds last night? Well it really ended in an excercise in drawing facial expressions. So I give you being ripped apart by hellhounds Dean (who needs a lot of work; upon further reflection I have decided that he is irreversible retarded looking, and I will have to start over. I'm showing him to you for comedic purposes, but it's hurting my very soul showing you sketches this crappy), and really evil Sam. I am a benevolent overlord.

So a while ago I did something like an icon meme where I had to say something about a few of my icons. So I'm doing that now. I don't have time to tag anyone, but feel free to pontificate about your favorite icons in the comments/your own journal.

It is my firm belief that everyone should have a "Damn you, Kripke" icon. It is my other firm belief that everyone will have one by the end of this season. :) The man just knows how to make me love him and curse his name for the buckets and buckets of angst he pours out in his show. I picked this one because Bobby's on it, and who doesn't love Bobby? Psychopaths. That's who.

I love Meg, and have a bad habit of being sarcastic and doing bad things. *cough* I love the placement of the text on this one, too. :) These are the kinds of things that make me realize I'll never be a great icon-maker. I don't think of doing simple things enough. Ah, well. In closing, Meg = <3.

Dream a Little Dream of Me might just be my favorite episode of this season so far. And I love the composition and overall eeriness of the ending of that episode. What can I say? Demon!Dean just does it for me. :P Kripke, you horribly magnificent teasing bastard, if Dean is not at least part demon by the beginning of next season, I will feel severely let down, and probably cry.

Whoo! One of my crappy icons from the Ghostfacers site. The only one on this list that I've actually made, and it fills my heart with ridiculous glee. Sam's beard and Dean's glasses are hilarious and epic win.

Tonight is Supernatural! :D Hopefully I'll have deep thinky-thoughts about the episode, but finals have probably ensured that I won't. Oh, well. PIE! <333 Last time, we found these tiny pie crusts at the store, and made cup-pies like in Pushing Daisies. Because we are the biggest/most awesome nerds you ever could meet. Last time we had blackberry, and this time we're making peach. :) They're adorable. Since this is the last Pie-day, I'll probably try to take pictures. I won't, but I'll probably try.

*goes back to packing up the rest of her stuff to move out*

HEH lucky you you're done. Whilst I am not. LONG DISTANCE CALL FINALLY!!! and yes only psychopaths don't like Bobby.

Also I love you're Dean getting mauled ideas, and just so you know. I shall probably be sweaty and smell tonight cause I have to ride my creature and may not get to shower before Supernatural, just warning you.
