Let me play for you, oh internets, the song of the Winchesters.

Yeah, I really wish I could find some shame. But everyone knows I have the most mannish, off-key prettyful voice in the WORRRRLD, and I'm way too excited (10 days... 10 DAYS!!!) so much so that it's spilling out into song.

JOIN ME, OH FLIST, IN THE BALLAD OF THE WINCHESTERS!

And now I'm off to my many, many English classes. FARE THEE WELL, OH INTERNETS.

(And my hairs... THEY ARE RED, YES? XD)

A Question of Utmost Importance:

Of these three shirts, which one should I get? )

So, yes. Re: My Prior Poll, I don't think I'm going to re-dye my hair. Yes, this is my answer to your overwhelming votes telling me to do just the opposite. I just... I think I'd rather let it fade and move on to red by the time the school year starts, and I do love the shade it's at right now, and it's so much WORK to get the stains out of the bathtub when I do it, and SCREW IT. I will dye someone else's hair and live vicariously through them or something.

I've been working on Batman costumes all day, and the little secondary spool of thread (I have no idea of the technical terms; I'm still very new to this whole sewing thing) ran out and I can't figure out how to restring it because I misplaced the instructions. I'm quite certain Sabrina is going to beat the crap out of me when I ask her to come over and help me tomorrow, but my stuff is all coming along so nicely, and my shirt looks AWESOME so I'm not sure I could be bothered. :) I'm still trying to decide whether or not I need more pockets on the back of my utility belt (they won't show, and I think I can fit my keys and phone into the front ones), but other than that, it's full speed ahead to the 18th. I'm so very excited. So, so very exited.

I don't think my crazy is contagious, but I'm probably wrong.

Hi, guys! I'm posting from work! *waves*

Today I'm scanning like a billionty contracts, so I'm stuck sitting here. May as well make the most of my time, eh? :D I'm getting paid for this crap. *shakes head*

Anyway, I have a few dilemmas. )

Lately I've been reading about the Asylum con, and pretending to work, but I've also been having deep thoughts about "Time is On My Side". Oh, yes. Very much, indeed. So much so, that I've come up with my greatest crack theory to date. *fistpump*

My theory is based purely on speculation, as I know absolutely zilch about the last episode. I just want to know if anyone else thinks this is even vaguely plausible. Or something. Perhaps I just want to write this down before the episode airs so I can come back and have something to laugh at. Because I get the feeling that after this episode, we will have nothing to be joyous about EVER AGAIN.

So without further ado... )

Oh, yeah. I'm sane.

I'm in History Class this time; a first, eh? :)

I'm halfway through the second school day with my new hair and... I'm incredibly happy I decided to go through with it. Everyone I know has told me it looks great, along with quite a few people who aren't just being nice because I totally don't know them. Ha. So there. It's just... I'm pretty much not ever going to be able to skip class again because the one girl with random-colored hair? In my small classes that's gonna be noticeable. Unfortunate side effect of the awesomeness, I suppose.

I honestly have no idea what I'm doing this week. I know I have a test in Political Science on Friday, but I just can't be bothered to study quite yet. At this point I'm considering doing the same thing I did for history: get up at 5AM the day of the test and cram like hell. It's more fun, and I work incredibly well early in the morning. I'm focussed and driven and generally just the opposite of the laziness that occurs during the day. :) It's highly exciting.

Just if I decide to do this, I think I'm going to go to [livejournal.com profile] randomfangirl29's house to watch Smallville, and also dinner on Wednesday. And it's not like I can't study either of those days, just that it'll be harder on Thursday because I have Art Class. Which, blegh. I seriously hate every moment of that class. The one good thing that's come from it is that now I have a little more patience when I'm drawing boxes/sheets of fabric draped on a table. If you start to notice that these things are creeping into my artwork more and more, well... I'm not letting my minuscule art education go to waste. ;)

I'm just generally feeling pumped about my hair, so I wanted to post again. Maybe later something interesting will happen/I'll do something noteworthy. Like become president! Or a lumberjack. Or is it an archaeologist now? Or a spy?

So, we're supposed to get trounced with 6 inches of snow tonight.

Why is it that whenever I have fun, happy, and delighful plans, they tend to fall through? I'm thinking we're gonna have to move the Supernatural Marathon of Evil Death and Potential Crack Theories to another night. Also, the caffeine. Man, I'm gonna miss the caffeine.

I think I'm going to work on Supernatural Promos this weekend just for the fun of it. Because I miss working on my baby entry and I'd like to do another. Or, I dunno. Maybe I'll make another Ruby video. Because I have a problem.

I can't dye my hair until Wednesday next week because my mother doesn't want to be seen in public with me we're going to the Gap Outlet (I WILL FIND INDIANA JONES PANTS!), and I don't want my hair to stain any of the ridiculously large number of shirts I will be trying on. Much as it pains me. I'd like to get it done tonight. :) I'm feeling really apprehensive about it lately, but... I think I'm making my peace with it. I'll take whatever colors decide to show up on my unbleached hair and I'll LIKE THEM. And I'll sort out whether I'm going to keep it when my hair starts growing and my roots start showing. Which will probably be next month. I hope.

I really need to stop bringing my computer to class. I get too much work done don't get anything done in the class I'm supposed to be working in.

Day 15: 93% Spoiler-Free

So. I was sort of planning on going into the last four episodes of Supernatural completely spoiler-free, as well... there's only four of them, and they're rather isolated down there what with the strike and all. Anyway, I thought it'd be easy.

I was wrong, apparently. (Cut for Actor/3x13 Premise spoilers) )

Ah, well. At least my pink hair dye came in today. I'm starting to have second thoughts because, whoa permanent, but... I'll get over it. I've always wanted to have randomly colored hair, and I think I'm entitled to be stupid at least once in my life. :)

I got my hair cut (part one of Project: Make My Hair Pink and Possibly Visible From Space), a hamburger from Wendy's, and confirmation that Supernatural is getting a fourth season.

Aside from the splitting headache, TODAY IS THE BEST EVER.

Pink?

I've just concluded a narcissistic session wherein I stared at myself in the bathroom mirror for a good 3-4 minutes. In the dorm. Where people could just walk in and see me moving my head in random directions to make the light hit it right and turn pink.

Yeah. I think the Kool-Aid is just now starting to show. Sabrina said it looked really pink when she saw me on Monday, and my mom even said something about it this weekend. So I decided to see if I could see it, and HOO-BOY. I can't get it to show up on my webcam because either the light is screwed up, or the quality of the webcam generally turns my hair an interesting shade of green, but wow, pink. It's more of a reddish-burgundyish -pink, kind of like what I'm going to dye it come Spring Break, and it's just some streaks but... it really is pinkish. Wow. Yay? Isn't this the total opposite of how Kool-Aid is supposed to work? Especially considering I only left it on for around 4 hours? It's even stopped smelling like cherries every time I wash it, so it's beyond me as to what has possessed my hair to become multi-colored but... hooray! :D

I really should go to sleep, but... peh. I was up at 5AM this morning and I do not feel tired at all. It's absolutely the most bizarre feeling ever. There's a minimal amount of caffeine involved, too. I really can't explain it. I think my whole world has gone insane.

So, tomorrow. Hopefully submitting my Supernatural "Making the Cut" and beginning work on a Smallville one. Much as I love Supernatural and want the winning entry to be a Supernatural one because zomg!obsession, I'm too attached the the show to step back and make a really creative and crazy promo; I feel really constricted. With Smallville I could care less, and thus will go insane and crazy with my editing job. Yeah, I know. Backwards. But then, apparently everything in my whole life is right now or something. Whoo?

In conclusion, I cannot stop listening to this song. Like wow.

ETA: OMG, ELIZABETH, WE MUST GET TOGETHER AND WATCH SMALLVILLE ON THURSDAY SO I CAN HAVE INSPIRATIONS AND OTHER SUCH CRAP AND OH WHO AM I KIDDING I JUST WANT TO WATCH JENSEN BE AN INCREDIBLE DORK ON YOUR DELIGHTFUL, DELIGHTFUL SEASON 4 DVDS AND I HEARD MICHAEL ROSENBAUM MIGHT BE GETTING CAST AS FREDDY KRUEGER AND WOULDN'T THAT BE FUNNY AND ALSO MEAN HE WAS LEAVING THE SHOW AND ALSO THAT HE COULD NOT BE CAST AS THE THIRD, LONG-LOST WINCHESTER BROTHER AS I HAD SO HOPED AND IS IT REALLY OBVIOUS THAT I'M GRAMMAR'D OUT FROM MY HISTORY MIDTERM THIS MORNING DUE TO THIS SPLENDIFEROUS RUN-ON SENTENCE?

Also, can there be food? :D Like Skittles? *makes puppy eyes*

So, now that I have my paid account goodness,

I've gone off and uploaded a ton of icons (I still don't have a badass one. Surely I need a badass one?), and a mood theme. Tomorrow (Or more accurately, next week)? Layout! And a somewhat-kind-of-friends-only header. And a header-header. *will be busy* :D

I think I'm dying my hair tomorrow. With black cherry kool-aid. No, I shan't be dissuaded. Bwahaha, ha ha ha ha, haha ha ha. *cough*

Everyone else is asleep already. I mean, seriously? What is it, not even 2AM yet! I live with a bunch of pansies.

I went back to my dorm room today, cause they just opened up again, and hooked up my Xbox. My old Xbox, who henceforth shall be known as Dustin. I've got all my RPGs, and a stockpile of caffeine. Between that and studying, I don't think I'll ever have a reason to get out of the room or be sociable. :D Glee! *cough* I did bring a couple party games, but when everyone else has Guitar Hero, you really can't compete. Oh, Mass Effect, I pine for you!

Also, I came up with an evil plan for the summer! I shall get a job at the new "Malone's" that's opening within walking distance from my house. I love that restaurant, and I'm gonna at least see if they'll hire me for the summer. I'm betting my break will coincide with their opening, so... yeah! I should be able to get a bit of a job this summer, and close to home to boot! Yay, not paying for gas money!

In closing, about all this craziness going around about Supernatural's imminent demise or whatever it is at this point, an open letter to Fandom-at-Large:

Can we please just wait this out? They haven't canceled us, we're still on the air for sweeps, and we have a large fanbase/are getting reviewed favorably quite a bit lately. I don't think it's time to call fire from above down onto the blasphemy that is Reaper and its audacity to take our spot. The network is experimenting, which they have every right to do. To be honest, I don't generally watch the reruns anyway. Yes, we're like the only show that was removed in this schedule, but it's not the end of the world. I'm fairly certain I saw an article that said "Life is Wild" isn't scheduled for a return, while Supernatural is. So, there. I'm not for sure, and I may have just invented that, but eesh. Calm down! Watch your DVDs, read the Guide to Season 1 that your friend got you for Christmas (Yay! :D), and get around to editing your contest entries for Making the Cut.

Yeah, that's right. We're one of the shows the network is having adverts made for in that contest. Reaper isn't. So cool your jets, and stop this intense hating on the network. I don't think it's going to make them look on us with any more favor.

Maybe a bit too calmly,
- Sara
